Dr Sabourirad obtained her Medical Degree in 2007 and became a board-certified dermatologist in Iran in 2011, ranking 2nd nationally in the dermatology board examinations. She served as an Assistant Professor of Dermatology from 2013 to 2019, leading academic research projects and contributing to over 25 scientific publications. After relocating to Australia in 2019, Dr Sabourirad completed extensive upskilling at the Skin Health Institute and The Alfred Hospital in Melbourne, and has held roles including Academic Visiting Fellow of Dermatology at St George and Sutherland Clinical School, UNSW Medicine, and Honorary Medical Officer in Dermatology at St George Hospital, Sydney.
At Smooth Skin Dermatology Clinic, we provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology services. Dr Sabourirad treats a wide range of conditions, including eczema, psoriasis, acne, hair and nail disorders, skin cancer, and vulval dermatoses, and also performs patch testing for suspected skin allergies and contact dermatitis.
